- Exam Procedure: You will receive more information about the exam procedures by email closer to our exam period. This information will be reviewed in class as well.
- Support Resources: Our teachers and staff are available to provide guidance and support to students as they prepare for their exams. During this time, teachers are reviewing the material in class in order to help them prepare accordingly. All days count! Encourage your child to reach out to teachers or our support staff if they have any questions or need assistance.

- Stress Management: We understand that exam periods can be stressful for students. Encourage your child to maintain a healthy balance between studying and self-care activities such as exercise, proper nutrition, and sufficient rest. Should your child need support, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- Communication: If you have any concerns or questions regarding the exam period, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Questions about exam material, study topics and evaluation criteria need to be directed to your child's teacher. Important information about Ministry Academic Record:
At the end of Secondary 4, your child is ask to create their account with the Ministry of Education to view their final marks at the end of the school year. Their marks will be posted online on July 8, 2024. It is strongly suggested to create their account before then to make sure you have access right away in case your child will need to register for summer school or a supplemental exam.
